Effluent Treatment Plant

Water Resources are depleting day by day in several localities. JHPL exploring the opportunity to recover valuable water from various contaminated Water recourse. JHPL believe that Wastewater from the any process is not intend for discharge, the valuable water can be recover by proper design and selection of treatment process step.

JHPL is constantly upgrading its expertise and innovating advance treatment technologies solutions especially in recycling of wastewater. Recycling and reuse of the existing water & wastewater is extremely important to protect our precious resources for domestic, agriculture, commercial and industries.

JHPL has long-term experience in the industrial wastewater treatment with wide rages of industrial sector like Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Pesticides, Textile, Food Industries, paper etc. The resulting expertise is advantageously employed for the technical and economic optimization of every subsequent facility.

Features of ETP

  • Reduce the operating costs
  • Reduce the amount of sludge produced
  • Reduce the space requirements
  • Eco friendly
  • Recycle sludge as fertilizer and manure
  • Decrease odors
  • Close circuite Recycling of effluent

In the case of biological (Aerobic), in accordance with the characteristics of the wastewater, we offer the activated sludge process using fine bubble diffused aeration, aerators or submerge air diffusion systems. In the case of high end treatment requirements, we provide membrane processes with submerged or external membranes. The major advantages of this technology are considerable savings of liquid resources, saving of space and practically reuse/zero discharge of wastewater. JHPL experienced the various stages of recycling after conducting tretabality studies. The Possible Recycling scheme is as follow:

Chemical Treatment Augmentation with

  • DAF+MGF+ Direct recycle
  • MGF + Direct recycle
  • MGF+UF+RO+ recycle
  • Biological Treatment+MGF+UF+RO+ recycle
  • Biological Treatment+DAF+UF+RO+ recycle
  • Biological Treatment+DAF + MGF+ recycle
